How can I ask for a refund?

To: If you decide to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the purchase, you'll be eligible for a refund.

 

You can withdraw from your subscription at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. The termination will take place immediately, and you will be charged for the period starting on the date you purchase the Wall Street English Services until the date you cancel.

 

To get the process started, simply cancel your subscription from the "My plan" section of the menu.
